Each person has different nutritional needs – what Nutritional Therapists call ‘bio-individuality’. What works for me will not necessarily work for you. I will help you identify your nutritional deficiencies, teach you the hows and whys, and create a plan to bring your body back in balance, so you can be the best “you” you can be! The following can be helped with nutrition therapy:

We can start with a free 20 minute consultation to discuss your health history, your goals and any concerns you have about your health. I will give you a few recommendations you can use immediately and we will decide if I am the right fit for you.​

If we decide to work together, I will have you complete a more in depth health history form as well as comprehensive questionnaire regarding symptoms you are experiencing. I will also have you complete a three day food journal. All of these items will be reviewed at our first meeting. For local clients, a hands-on functional evaluation can be performed to confirm where health priorities are and what possible foods/supplements will help you.

Since it takes time to change habits, I like to work in packages that are personalized to your unique situation.  We can work out a package between 6 weeks and 6 months that works with your goals, schedule and budget.
